Ceremony

The ceremony will be taking place at Saint Werburgh's Church, Wembury. Please arrive by 1:15pm.

Getting to the Reception

There will be a break after the Ceremony. Please enjoy the beach and wonderful Old Mill Cafe! It is a 7 minute drive or a 40 minute (very hilly!) walk from the Ceremony venue to the Reception venue at the Silver Jubilee Hall in Down Thomas. If you have a spare seat driving from the Church to the Reception venue please ask around after the service.

Dress code

Comfy formal. Wear something you already own, or something you will wear again! We will be having a ceilidh, so expect lots of dancing!

Food

The main meal will be a hog roast, catering to all dietaries. There will also be a late night snack of fish and chips. This will be served from 9-10pm.

Drinks

We will have some welcome cocktails, wine at the table and champagne for the toasts. We will also have soft drinks. There is no bar at the venue, so please bring any other drinks you would like for the evening.

We're having a ceilidh! This will run in two sets from 6:30-7:30 and 8:00-9:00. They will be beginner dances, so don't worry if you've never been to a ceilidh before!

End of the night

Feel free to leave at any time! After the ceilidh there will be a DJ set until 11pm, which is when the reception will finish.
